Dears, you mention that the latest SiI3132 SATARAID5 driver version is 1.5.19.0. Do you know whether this driver works on Windows 10 or not? I tried to install it and got a "The device could not start (Code 10)" message. Many thanks.

Unfortunately, it does not. As far as I can see, the driver only supports Windows 7 or older versions of the operating system, so you won't be able to use it on Windows 10. Furthermore, Microsoft's latest operating system also has a feature called Driver Signature Verification, which requires the manufacturer to get a signature from Microsoft otherwise the driver won't work. Since the last SiI3132 update came in 2010, I'm pretty sure that the manufacturer didn't get the required signature from Microsoft.
As far as I can tell, the only way for you to use the device is to roll back to Windows 7 or an older Windows version.
There's one more thing that you could try, but it's pretty complicated and I can't guarantee that it will work: go to the Start Menu, click on Power and then hold the Shift key pressed on your keyboard while clicking the Restart button. In the blue menu that shows up, go to Troubleshooting-->Advanced Options-->Startup Settings then click Restart. Finally, in the Startup menu that loads up, press 7 or F7 to activate the Disable driver signature enforcement setting, then hit Enter to go to Windows and try installing the driver.
